Meet Our Team

Fuad Rasul - Head of Operations

Far far away, behind the word mountains, Vokalia and Consonantia, theaFuad Rasul is the Head of Operations at Bohemian Group. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Aviation Management from St. Louis University, USA, and brings over 40 years of cross-industry experience to the company.

His career began in the industrial sector with Packages Limited, where he developed strong foundations in operations and organizational management. He then advanced into the banking industry with NIB Bank, serving as Regional Head North for over 15 years, where he gained extensive expertise in finance, strategy, and corporate management. Later, as Business Development Director at VINCI Construction Grands Projets in Pakistan for more than 20 years, he honed his capabilities in large-scale infrastructure, construction management, and international business development.

This unique combination of industrial, financial, and construction expertise allows Fuad Rasul to bring a holistic perspective to real estate operations, ensuring that Bohemian Group’s projects are delivered with the highest standards of efficiency, financial prudence, and engineering excellence.

Amin Rehman Fazal - Partner

He is a Director at Fazal Group, one of Pakistan’s leading diversified conglomerates with operations spanning textiles, fertilizer, agriculture, energy, and investments. As a Partner at Bohemian Life, Amin brings a globally informed perspective, combining financial sophistication with entrepreneurial execution across sectors.

Amin holds a BSc in Business Administration (Finance) from USC Marshall School of Business and was recognized on the Dean’s List. His experience spans global financial institutions and high-growth startups, including Deutsche Bank (New York) and Vantage Point Asset Management (Singapore), with exposure to international capital markets and investment strategies. In Pakistan, he has worked with ventures such as Airlift and Finja, focusing on fintech innovation, SME financing, and digital operations.

Beyond his professional work, Amin is active in philanthropy and social impact. He is the founder of Hisa, a non-profit providing veterinary care to working horses in rural Pakistan, and supports healthcare and education initiatives through Fazal Group.

Sana Sheikh

She brings cross-sector experience spanning healthcare, marketing, and investment management across Pakistan, the UAE, and North America. She has led initiatives from concept to execution – advancing strategic campaigns, brand development, and partnerships that drive cultural impact and business growth.

She has contributed to leading organizations including Fatima Fertilizer, and secured high- profile sports sponsorships, as well as advancing healthcare initiatives with Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital. In parallel, she has founded ventures in children’s educational media.

A graduate of the University of Toronto in Industrial Relations & Psychology, Sana has held leadership roles in marketing and community initiatives, and continues to bring a global perspective shaped by experiences across diverse industries.

She is passionate about creativity, wellness, and cultural storytelling, travel, and design. At Bohemian Life, Sana focuses on purposeful storytelling, innovative content development, and partnerships that inspire the next generation.

Fahd Mukhtar

He brings 15+ years of experience across development, operations, and capital markets in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. As Project Development Lead and Finance Liaison at Midwest Fertilizer Company (Indiana), he leads a $2.0 billion project, securing $1.259 billion in tax-exempt bonds and leading EPC negotiations.

He has founded and scaled ventures in packaging and technology, an IT services company with a focus on AI (Fatima Packaging; OSOL LLC).

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Economics, Fahd speaks English and basic Portuguese and has longstanding commercial relationships across Europe—including Portugal. He is also an active member of YPO and supports philanthropic healthcare initiatives. He is an endurance athlete and finished world marathon majors and is fond of travel, skiing, and triathlon.
